2019 Apprentice Showcase

Become a Part of the Idaho Shakespeare Festival

One of a Kind 10-Week Program!

2021 Apprentice Company Program runs June 1- August 9 and will work with student conflicts.

Idaho’s premier professional theater offers an Apprentice Program for Treasure Valley high-school students. Program includes over 200 hours of intensive acting instruction and a performance showcase on the Festival’s main stage. Apprentices may also work backstage on season productions. Admission by audition only. Tuition: $800, scholarships available.

2021 Auditions

Who: High School Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors

When: April 13th and 14th from 3-6 pm*. Schedule your audition by emailing Director of Education, Veronica Von Tobel, at veronica@idahoshakespeare.org

Where: Downstairs Classrooms in the Fulton Street Theater (854 Fulton St.)

What:

  • One monologue from Shakespeare, 1-3 minutes
  • A theater resume and a photo of yourself
  • A joke
